It is unusual to see several Piccadilly Line trains of 1973 Tube Stock stabled
in Arnos Grove sidings, apart from maybe early-mornings at the start of
service in the high summer. 
On this occasion, however, a service disruption had necessitated taking a
number of trains out of service
